Defluorinating Agent WT-330

The defluorinating agent is professionally used for fluoride removal in industrial wastewater. The advantages of using the defluorinating agent include achieving effluent fluoride ion concentrations below 1.0 mg/L, high fluoride removal efficiency, and multiple effects such as defluorination, coagulation, and pH adjustment, which accelerate sedimentation.

Using the defluorinating agent is more environmentally friendly. It has high purity, low impurities, and low sludge production. It does not increase pollutants such as TP, COD, or TN in the water, contains no free aluminum ions, and the sludge filtrate has no impact on biological processes. It is non-toxic, odorless, and results in clear treated water.

Using the defluorinating agent for water treatment is also more convenient. It does not require changes to the existing treatment process or the addition of large water treatment structures. It takes effect upon dosing, requires no complex adjustments, and is easy to operate.

Some defluorinating agents have coagulant-aiding effects. The product dosage is low, and the total chemical cost is reduced. It effectively and safely treats fluoride-containing wastewater of varying concentrations and high difficulty.

The defluorinating agent is widely used in industries such as metal smelting, aluminum processing, glass, electronics, electroplating, and pesticides, where wastewater contains high concentrations of fluorides.

Liquid defluorinating agents are directly pumped and dosed. Solid agents are first added to a dissolution tank to prepare a solution with a concentration of about 10-30% (by mass) (add water first, then the agent, while continuously stirring), and then pumped into the reaction tank. Combining with calcium salt treatment yields better results. The dosage of the high-efficiency defluorinating agent is determined based on site conditions and small-scale trial plans.
